Pressure Plus Investments has launched a fundraising campaign to raise $ 20 million cash to bring about Pressure Factory & Testing Lab a company which will generate $ 40 million year after year just like the company we are following , Industrial Hemp Farms .
After learning about Industrial Hemp Farms , Michael strongly decided to build a company just like Industrial Hemp Farms. Michael put together a business plan to incorporate Pressure Plus Investments which offers other investors the opportunity to put their money in towards buying a 44 acre farm in Georgia . Apply for testing , cultivation and distribution license for hemp and medical cannabis plants .
After receiving license to operate , we will then buy assets to build up Pressure Factory and Testing Lab upon the 40 acres of Georgia farm land.
Pressure Factory & Testing lab will buy and own the assets needed to test , cultivate , hang dry , transport , weigh , storage , develop and package product , also contract representation between growers and dispensaries . Pressure Factory & Testing Lab will offer service to growers and dispensaries in the 3 surrounding states of Georgia , Florida and Alabama .
Pressure Factory & Testing Lab, we expect to generate $20 million a year from products we grow , develop and package to sell on the legal market .
Also , we expect to generate $20 million a year from service rendered to growers & dispensaries in GA. FL . AL . Service such as testing , storage , transporting , weighing , hand drying , product development & packaging , also contract representation between growers & dispensaries .
It will cost $ 20 million to build up Pressure Factory & Testing lab . With $ 20 million , we will buy acres of farm land in Georgia , apply for licenses to test , cultivate and distribute hemp/CBD and medical cannabis then buy all assets needed to test , grow plants , weigh , storage , transport , develop and package products .

Who We Are
Out of the 10 million shares Pressure Plus Investments possess , only 1 million shares will be sold at $20 per share in order to raise $20 million cash to build out Pressure Factory & Testing Lab. Each shareholder will be assigned a ownership percentage . The 1 million shares for sale is 10% of the company. For the shareholder who put in $400,000 the ownership percentage assigned will be 2% for the shareholder who put in $2,000 the ownership percentage assigned will be .0000002%
Each year, each shareholder will receive a dividend pay out from company profit after overhead is subtracted. For example : say Pressure Factory & Testing Lab generate $40 million income within a year , Say overhead expenses is $ 10 million , that leaves $30 million to be divided amongst shareholders. for the shareholder who owns 2% 2% from 30 million is $6 million . so the shareholder with 2% ownership will receive $6 million dividend pay out from $30 million profit. The same goes for each shareholder and their assigned percentage of ownership.
